A All our drivers are licensed by the Public carriage office governed by Department for transport London, and we are licensed Private Hire operators details are recorded on transport for London website. Our all hired drivers are tested thoroughly and must pass a knowledge test and a customer care assessment; many already have the NVQ level 2 awards in Road Passenger Vehicle Driving. [accordion_item title=”Q: HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?”]

A: for cruise transfers:
To make an online booking for taxi please select the airport you arrive or depart and click on the relevant cruise port terminal. Select the taxi vehicle for your requirement and follow the on screen instructions. when you submit the form you will be required to make the payment for the booking . if you have selected to pay by credit card the payment is processed through a secure server. we will confirm the booking after we have processed and received the payment.for quick quote:
Simply go to “Quote” section on this page right panel and fill in the four required information to get a price for your journey, If you want to proceed to make a booking then click on the ‘Book now ‘ button. If the Pickup and destination details you require are not available under quick quote, then please select other journey tab in Travel Tab. complete the details and submit. We endeavor to send you a quote within eight hours by e-mail and payment link.

[accordion_item title=”Q: DO YOU PROVIDE A PICK UP SERVICE FROM MY HOME GOING TO A AIRPORT?”]

A: Yes we provide door to door service to and from Central London and any London airport.

A: Our control room monitor flights on regular basis therefore if your flight is delayed we will not dispatch the driver to the terminal however as soon as flight lands waiting time will start but we give first 30 minutes free for any meet and greet service as mentioned earlier.

A: No, for online booking we need at least 24 hour notice, however you can book any time by calling our Booking Hotline number.

A: The driver will be waiting in the arrival hall near the main airport information desk with your name board (placard).

A: We provide free phone number for our clients to call from any public phone widely available in all UK airports and on the roads which is 0808 168 3338 or you can call us any time on this numbers from your mobile: 02076375599. We are available 24hour 7 days to assist our customers.

[accordion_item title=”Q: ARE YOUR PRICES FULLY INCLUSIVE?”]

A: Some companies charge a price that may appear cheap but beware, they charge for parking, waiting, congestion charges on top of the original price they quote our price is fully inclusive, for all airport/cruise port pickups, price covers up to 30 minutes waiting time and parking charges (begins from flight landing time).

[accordion_item title=”Q: WHAT IF THE DRIVER HAS TO WAIT AT THE AIRPORT FOR REASONS OTHER THAN FLIGHT DELAYS?”]

A: We include 30 minutes waiting time in the price you pay, normally this is more than enough for you to clear customs and baggage but if we are required to wait any longer the charges start from £9 per ½ hour (begins after the free waiting time) however you may advise us to enter in the airport after the time you think you will take so that it will not incur any charges through Additional information box of the booking.

[accordion_item title=”Q: WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES*?”]

A: There is a £5 cancellation charge if 24 hours notice is given to us. Otherwise the whole amount will be charged.

A: Yes, to the driver, driver will give you a receipt for the payment, we may ask you for credit card details to secure booking in some occasions.
